All natural beeswax wood sealer

There's so much beauty in the natural grain and color of the wood that it should not be covered by stains or paint. Just like cooking with the best ingredients, too much process or artificial flavoring will only mask out the true flavor. Jewelry is a very personal and intimate accessory; it not only enhances the style of our outfit, but it also makes direct contact with our skin. Because of this we are very careful in making sure that no toxic substances are used while making the jewelry. How do we make sure? We make our own beeswax wood sealer from scratch!

1. Mix 4 parts organic jojoba oil + 1 part organic beeswax pellets
2. Melt the beeswax mixture with microwave or in a double boiler on the stove top
3. Add essential oil- we use lemon
4. Put the mixture into an air sealed container and wait for it to cool down. Stir once in a while to prevent it from separating.

After the wooden pieces are laser engraved and cut out, they are hand polished through several rounds to remove the burn and bring out the shine. This beeswax sealer is the only and final seal. It highlights the texture and color of the wood beautifully - and smells really nice.
