ORDER REQUIREMENTS
First time orders must total a minimum of $300.
But, from 7/21 - 8/31, new account minimum is only $200!
Reorders must total a minimum of $200.
TURNAROUND
Because all our pieces are handcrafted, please allow at least 10-14 days, from the time of your order, for completion.
Larger orders may require more time, sometimes up to 30 days.
DELIVERY
Your first order ships free! Following orders will be priced based on shipment weight.
Order pickup and dropoff available in San Francisco through arrangement.
REFUND POLICY
Just in case, we offer refunds within one week of delivery with proof of damage!
PACKAGING & DISPLAY
Packaging is free! We’ll include jewelry cards and boxes.
Complimentary retail displays are available upon request. See some examples HERE.
